What Our Customers Say About Us

Excellent Mortgage Broker. With competitive rates and timely response to meet my borrowing needs. My mortgage situation was particularly tough one. Don helped me, when I know from my experience refinancing and buying properties other brokers would not have took the time, had the knowledge, expertise and years of experience to complete my mortgage refi, which was a unique situation at best. Thanks Don and Apex Mortgage Brokers!!! The Incredible Lender for your needs!

By far the smoothest and fastest closing I have ever experienced. Don and whole team was responsive to every question and attention to detail was excellent. Start to finish 2 weeks.

Outstanding and competitive service. Quick and timely. I highly recommend them!!!

Don Reynolds was the best anyone could ask for to guide us through our loan process. He went above and beyond to keep us informed and answer all our questions. We would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for an honest lender who genuinely cares about his client interests!

Don and Scott were persistent, aggressive, and worked tirelessly to navigate the system and find me the best refinance rate they could - let alone there was - at 3.5%. That made the difference in my able to keep my home vs sell it. Incredible Lenders is dependable, knowledgeable and will work with you to get the best rate out there.

Always professional & honest. Got us great refinancing rates .! Can't go wrong using Don!

Don is just the greatest. He helped us purchase our home and was so patient with all my questions and my apprehension. Even came to the closing in FL! What a true gem of a guy!

Don helped me get my home purchased in 2019 with only three percent down on my first home. During the process he helped me raise my credit score enough to get a whole percent lower in my interest rate! Then he helped me refinance my mortgage two years later, lowering my monthly payments by almost 30 percent. He guided me through the loan process with boundless knowledge, educating me about every detail along the way. His personality and the amount he helped me improve my position in life inspired me to also get involved in the mortgage industry and I am now working with Don at Apex Mortgage Brokers to help others find there way to home ownership!

Excellent experience with Don Reynolds at Incredible Loans. Don is very knowledgeable about the mortgage industry and very responsive to questions and feedback. If I ever have the need for another mortgage, Don Reynolds will be my first call.
